In addition to compliance, she works closely with Alex Woodward to build and strengthen the firm’s infrastructure. Shannon is also responsible for trade operations and account reconciliation. Shannon has been in the investment industry since 2000 and focused on compliance since 2002.  Prior to joining Bridge City Capital,  Shannon spent 13 years at Mazama Capital Management, Inc., an institutional asset management firm, building and eventually, as chief compliance officer, managing the compliance program.  She also worked as a compliance analyst for Morley Financial Services, focusing primarily on the annual compliance program review, marketing and advertising compliance, code of ethics oversight, third party vendor oversight and business continuity. Shannon received a BA degree from Oregon State University. She is a certified compliance specialist, National Regulatory Services, and a current member of the National Society of Compliance Professionals and the Greater Portland Compliance Association. Shannon is married with a son and daughter.  When she’s not cheering on her children at their extra-curricular activities she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family skiing, hiking and exploring Oregon.</image:caption>
